Please review our General Terms of Service in addition to the service-specific terms listed below.

1. Scope of Services

OneSource Tech, LLC provides vehicle audio and electrical installation services including, but not limited to, audio upgrades, camera systems, lighting, winches, and accessory wiring. Services are limited to labor only unless otherwise stated in writing.

Services do not include mechanical repairs or vehicle body modifications.

2. Seasonal Service & Work Environment

Vehicle installation services are offered seasonally during warmer months. During colder weather, installations may be performed only if the client provides a heated indoor workspace suitable for safe tool operation and electrical work.

3. Client-Provided Equipment

Clients are responsible for purchasing all parts, accessories, wiring kits, and mounting hardware unless otherwise agreed in writing. OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for defective, incompatible, or improperly sourced equipment.

4. Labor-Only Pricing

All pricing reflects labor only and does not include parts, accessories, materials, or third-party services unless explicitly stated in writing. Additional labor may be required for unexpected conditions, vehicle modifications, or incorrect parts.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Issues

Clients are responsible for disclosing known electrical issues, warning lights, or prior modifications. OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle problems, factory wiring defects, or failures unrelated to the performed service.

6. Factory Electronics & System Integration

Modern vehicles may require interface modules to retain factory features such as steering wheel controls, cameras, or infotainment integration. Some factory systems may limit or prevent certain upgrades. OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for manufacturer design limitations.

7. Service Risks and Liability

Vehicle audio and electrical work involves interaction with complex factory wiring and aftermarket components. While reasonable care is taken, some vehicle systems may be sensitive to modification. Liability for any claim related to vehicle services is governed by the OneSource Tech, LLC General Terms of Service.

8. Warranty of Workmanship

Labor workmanship is warranted for 30 days after installation. Warranty does not cover product failure, misuse, vehicle system failures, or customer-supplied equipment defects.

9. Billing

Billing, deposits, and payment timing are governed by the OneSource Tech, LLC General Terms of Service and any written service agreement. Vehicle installations may require deposits due to scheduling and labor commitments.

10. Cancellations and Scheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling, and deposit policies are governed by the OneSource Tech, LLC General Terms of Service. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits due to reserved labor time.

11. Right to Refuse Service

OneSource Tech, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe vehicles, hazardous conditions, improper equipment, or hostile environments.

12. No Warranty on Vehicle Electrical Systems

OneSource Tech, LLC does not provide any warranty or guarantee on vehicle electrical systems, charging systems, battery performance, factory electronics, or vehicle software. Installation services do not imply responsibility for future vehicle electrical issues.

13. Safety Systems Disclaimer

OneSource Tech, LLC does not modify or interfere with airbag systems, braking systems, steering systems, or other critical safety components. Client acknowledges that modern vehicles contain integrated safety and sensor systems and accepts responsibility for ensuring vehicle safety after modifications.

14. Interior Panels and Fasteners

Some vehicles contain brittle trim panels, hidden fasteners, or clips that may break during normal removal. OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for cosmetic damage caused by prior wear, aging materials, or manufacturer design.

15. Diagnostic Limitations

Installation services are not a substitute for professional vehicle diagnostics. OneSource Tech, LLC does not guarantee identification of unrelated electrical faults, factory defects, or software-related vehicle issues.

16. Governing Terms

These service-specific terms apply in addition to the OneSource Tech, LLC General Terms of Service and any written service agreement.
