Many issues can be resolved remotely, which is faster and more affordable. For hardware problems, networking installations, and server deployments, on-site service may be required.

After-hours and urgent support may be available by prior arrangement and may include additional fees. I do not provide guaranteed 24/7 monitoring or enterprise-level emergency response.

Yes. I can help implement firewall rules, endpoint protection, secure user access, and backup solutions. While no system can be 100% secure, best practices significantly reduce risk.

I can recommend and source hardware when needed, or work with equipment you already own. Hardware costs are separate from labor unless otherwise stated in a project quote.

Yes. Monthly support plans are available for small businesses that want predictable costs and proactive maintenance. These plans typically include remote support, system updates, and basic monitoring.

Yes. I can assist with email migrations, cloud file storage, VPN access, and remote desktop solutions to support flexible work environments.

I stand behind my work. If the same issue returns shortly after service, I will review it at no additional labor charge when appropriate. New or unrelated issues may require a new service request.
