Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by OneSource Tech, LLC, including DJ services, IT support, web and application development, industrial automation, vehicle audio and electrical services, networking, and technical consulting.
1. Deposits
Deposits are required to reserve service dates or to begin project work. Deposits are non-refundable once services have been scheduled and/or work has started.
Deposits secure time, preparation, and reserved availability and are not transferable unless approved in writing.
2. DJ and Event Services
Payments made for DJ and event services are non-refundable once the event date has been reserved.
If cancellation occurs within the allowed cancellation window stated in the service agreement, only payments beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.
If OneSource Tech, LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date at the client’s choice.
3. Web, IT, and Technical Services
Payments for completed work or hours already performed are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date. Any remaining prepaid balance beyond completed work may be refunded at the discretion of OneSource Tech, LLC.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by lack of client communication, missing content, or failure to provide required access or information.
4. No Guarantees of Results
OneSource Tech, LLC does not guarantee business outcomes, website traffic, sales performance, or system performance beyond the scope of agreed technical delivery.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction unrelated to failure to deliver the agreed services.
5. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact OneSource Tech, LLC directly to resolve billing issues before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and collections for unpaid balances.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
7. No Refunds After Service Completion
No refunds will be issued once services have been fully performed or an event has concluded, except in cases of failure to provide the contracted service.
