Consultation & Requirements
We review your equipment, control needs, safety requirements, and project goals. Drawings and existing programs are evaluated when available.
Site Assessment
On-site inspection of panels, wiring, motors, and sensors to verify compatibility and identify risks before development begins.
Hardware Selection
Recommended PLC, HMI, networking, and electrical components are provided. All hardware must be purchased by the client prior to programming and commissioning.
Program Development
PLC logic, HMI screens, alarms, and communications are developed in a test environment when possible to reduce production downtime.
Commissioning
System startup, I/O verification, motor testing, and final tuning to ensure safe and reliable machine operation.
Training & Documentation
Operator training, program backups, and basic documentation are provided to support long-term system reliability.
Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements are available after project completion.
