General Terms of Service
These terms apply to all services provided by OneSource Tech, LLC, including but not limited to DJ services, IT support, web and application development, networking, automation, and technical consulting. By booking services or submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
1. General Services
OneSource Tech, LLC provides technology and event-based services including, but not limited to, IT support, networking, computer repair, web and application development, industrial automation support, and DJ/audio services. Service details, equipment, and timelines are outlined in the final quote or service agreement.
2. Services Provided
Services are provided as described in written estimates, invoices, or service descriptions. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
3. Payments and Deposits
Deposits may be required to reserve service dates or begin work. Remaining balances are due according to the terms provided with the invoice or service agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or once an event date has been reserved and confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice. Specific cancellation deadlines and fees may vary by service type and are detailed in service-specific terms where applicable. If OneSource Tech, LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date, at the client’s option.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Accurate information related to the service being provided
- Timely access to locations, systems, accounts, or equipment as needed
- Safe and appropriate working conditions
6. Equipment and Property
Clients are responsible for damage to equipment caused by misuse, unsafe environments, or guest interference, or failure to follow safety instructions provided by OneSource Tech during events or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
OneSource Tech, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss. OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including power failure, severe weather, venue restrictions, or equipment malfunction not caused by gross negligence.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service provided.
8. Force Majeure
OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, power outages, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.
9. Use of Media
With client permission, photos or short video clips from events or completed projects may be used for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out by submitting a written request.
10. Disputes
Any disputes should be addressed in good faith through direct communication. Legal claims, if necessary, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Independent Contractor Status
OneSource Tech, LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the client. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership or joint venture.
12. Agreement to Terms
By requesting services, submitting a booking request, or paying a deposit, the client agrees to these Service Terms and Policies.
13. Availability of Services
OneSource Tech, LLC primarily operates as a part-time service and is generally available for appointments and events during evenings, weekends, and select holidays. Weekday daytime availability may be limited or unavailable due to other professional commitments.
14. Response Times
While every effort is made to respond to inquiries promptly, response times may be slower during standard business hours. Clients are encouraged to book services in advance to ensure availability for their desired date and time.
15. Scheduling Priority
Event bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and the booking is acknowledged in writing by OneSource Tech, LLC.
16. Right to Decline or Reschedule
OneSource Tech, LLC reserves the right to decline or reschedule services if a request falls outside of normal availability or conflicts with prior obligations. In the event that rescheduling is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative dates or solutions.
17. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While OneSource Tech, LLC strives to deliver reliable and professional services, no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes, performance improvements, sales results, or system uptime beyond the agreed scope of work.
18. Third-Party Products & Services
OneSource Tech, LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party products, software, hosting providers, hardware vendors, or service platforms used as part of a project.
