2. Client Cancellations
The following cancellation terms apply specifically to DJ services and supersede the general cancellation provisions in the General Terms of Service.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text).

Liability is limited to the return of payments received, and no additional compensation will be owed.
4. Setup & Breakdown Time
Setup and breakdown time is not included in performance time and may require up to 60 minutes before and after the event. Client must allow reasonable access to the venue during these times.

6. Equipment & Damage Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by themselves, guests, venue staff, or unsafe conditions, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed at actual cost.
Clients agree to provide a safe, dry, and reasonably secure setup area away from heavy foot traffic, food, drinks, and unauthorized handling.
7. Power, Weather & Safety
Clients must provide reliable electrical power within reasonable distance of the setup area. For outdoor events, adequate shelter must be provided. Services may be paused or terminated if conditions become unsafe. No refunds will be issued if performance is delayed, interrupted, or terminated due to unsafe conditions beyond the DJ’s control.
